English and Russian meals
The traditional English breakfast consists of eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, backed beans and mushrooms. But not many people in the UK will eat this breakfast today. A typical English breakfast is more likely to be a bowl of cereal, a slice of toast, orange juice and a cup of coffee. Russian breakfast often consists of sandwich, eggs, boiled oats and tea or coffee.
Lunch in the UK usually consists of sandwiches with fish, pate or ham, a piece of fruit and a drink. And in Russia, the lunch consists of soup or borsch, meat with a side dish and drink. Lunch in Russia and England are very different.
Most people in Britain eat meat with rice or pasta or potatoes dishes for dinner. Vegetables like carrots, peas, onion and cabbage are very popular, too. Russian dinner there is a little different from England.
