I am writing to complain about the headphones which I bought from your Webshop www.citilink.com. I ordered the headphones JBL NR-120 on 15th February. They were paid by my credit card. I received them on the 23rd of February. When I checked the headphones, I saw that the cable is damaged. Therefore, I would like a full refund of the cost of the headphones $15 and I think, you should refund the cost of the shipping and return postage $6.
